Welcome to Nipigon Poodles! We have been exhibiting standard and now miniature poodles since 1989. We have finished 25 AKC Conformation champion poodles as a breeder/owner/handler with several currently working on earning their AKC Championships.

We maintain a small hobbyist breeding program to continue to improve the breed so that we create the lovely, healthy miniature poodles we love to show in the American Kennel Club Conformation ring. Our poodles have stable, outgoing temperaments making wonderful lifelong companions, whether they are destined for the showring, performance competition or family couch .

We raise our puppies in a home environment, giving them lots of socialization and love. By 9 weeks of age, they will have been vaccinated, wormed, vet-checked, groomed several times, learned to potty outside, and crate trained.

We generally evaluate our litters at about 8-9 weeks of age. Sometimes we retain two puppies to continue to decide which we will keep to show. Occasionally we will have slightly older puppies available.
