I have run eye clinics yearly for 30 years. I leased A bitch with Leggs Perthes & consequently learned to xray everything! I was the first poodle breeder to submit OFA xrays for Toy & mini poodles in Minnesota & I am still in the minority. Besides my own dogs I regularly have eyes checked & xrays done on the pets that I have sold in the area. I do not use the closed registries that are currently popular as I would be interested in 'open registries' [listing both passed & failed dogs]. I also temperament test, cardiology, thyroid & patellas.
